Conflict of Interest is a situation where a person is involved in two interest that are working againts each other. every part involved in a manuscript publication needs to declare if any possible conflict of interest before the manuscript is published. For example, authors need to declare the sources of research funding to ensure that the funding did not influence the research results. For example, if authors need to declare the source of research funding to ensure that the funding has not influenced the results, then reviewers should declare if they know, intentionally or unintentionally, the identity of the author(s) that would mean that double-blind peer review would no longer be possible. If properly declared, a conflict of interest will not necessarily prevent publication of a manuscript. This situation leaves the final decision to the editor.
